REGISTRATION FEE
· Each and every change or cancellation must be sent via e-mail to [email protected]
· In the period until 04.05.2015, with a compensation of 100,00 HRK, for administrative costs.
· In the period after 04.05.2015, cancellations and/or changes are not permitted, and organizer keeps 100% of paid amount.
ACCOMODATION
Prices are declared per person per night, based on breakfast.
VAT and residence taxes are included in the total price.
Rooms are available during the period of congress and any bookings before and after this period will depend on availability and conditions of the hotel.
Changes or cancellation of hotel accommodation:
· Each and every change or cancellation must be sent via e-mail to [email protected]
· In the period and including 04.05.2015 with a compensation fee of 100,00 HRK, for administrative costs.
· In the period after 04.05.2015 until the arrival date cancellations and/or changes are not permitted, and organizer keeps 100% of paid amount.
Participants need to book hotel and make payment with Etours.
Hotel accommodation will be confirmed according to the availability on the day the payment and application are received.
Confirmation of accommodation reservation will be sent to participants e-mail address.

By bank transfer, foreign payments:
Payments should be made for - subject: E-TOURS d.o.o.,Garićgradska 18, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, VAT 11578972258, IBAN: HR6524840081100145534, SWIFT:RZBHHR2X , Call ID: 05-2014, Description: First and last name of participant.
Along with payment confirmation, it is necessary to enclose filled application form.
If the payment is being made for more participants, along with a copy of payment it is necessary to enclose a list of all participants for whom the payment has been made.
Credit card payments
Via this registration form.
By filling out the credit card information you confirm that organizing body can charge your credit card for the full amount of chosen services, as well as all the possible change / cancelation costs.
Invoice for stated services will be sent to the participant or sponsor if any.

For all the symposium participants it is recommended to pay trip cancellation insurance as well as health insurance if they are not Croatian citizens
- When filling in the application form it is mandatory to enter your name, surname and contact phone or an e-mail address due to possible notifications regarding changes or cancellations.
- Data sent to the organizing body through web form or through filled application form will remain in exclusive possession of organizing body and will be used only for the purpose of application and/or hotel accommodation
INFORMATION ABOUT PAYER/ SPONSOR
- Please advise information about the payer/sponsor, if any, regarding the issuance of invoices for paid services (payer/sponsor information should contain full name, address and VAT number).
REGISTRATION FEE
- Application will be considered valid after the payment confirmation is received.
- Confirmation of application will be sent to e-mail address of the participant.
- If you do not receive the confirmation in a period of 14 days after sending the application, please contact Etours d.o.o.
